Welcome to 1996, this is the year when the internet took a turn for
the worse. This year we attained maximum force onto our users, which
were mostly at a 4th grade level, who were now at this point fucked hard,
and by that I mean extremely hard right up the anus, this year we got .GIF,
that's right we got MOTION PICTURES.. on the wharld whard waeb.
This was possibly the best invention of the time, also notably the
buttonize command in photoshop (logo above), nevermind that fact, what the gif allowed you to do was have 256 colors of pure creamy
delight. It was the best of the years of the interweb.
