This isn't really a program, it's just a bunch of folders dressed up with icns files, but it behaves like a simple, yet handy program and I made it so here:
I call this "Just Say Option", because I never think of the option key when I see this ⌥
You know how Mac has like a symbol for every key that has a word on it, but none of those symbols are on the damn keyboard? Like shift or alt or option. Well all those symbols are damn hard to remember and it's really annoying when you read a help file to a program to learn the key+shortcuts and the shift key for instance is a damn up arrow. So you press the up arrow instead of shift and it doesn't work, it's dumb. Well with this on your dock, all you have to do is right click or ctrl+click it and you have a nice list all those crazy symbols.
To install, just drag JSO from the dmg to wherever you to install it on your computer, like the Applications folder and then drag the icon to your dock down by the trashcan. Then whenever you need to remember one of those dumb symbols, right click or ctrl+click it.
I have Panther, but this will work the same in Tiger and Leopard (it will just look a little different in Leopard because the Stacks)
It's really small, but GG won't let you upload DMG files.
