On the Quest It says what items You have to require, For example rotten tomato ( You can easily get on at duel Arena), Green Mans Ale ( You can get on at Yanille, near the wizards watch tower at the pub) fruit Blast ( Go to gnome stronghold and make the drink) and last but not least Ash's (make a fire and it will shortly drop) Do not put in the ash's yet, Because If yo sell those ingredients, people are so stupid, You can sell for atleast 35k each or even more if you convince them, You will not get in touble because this is not a scam, I even used to do this, I made 300k a Day.
If You sell The ingredients just go through the process again.
