Based on the stuff i kno "and saw" YES! its possible to have full dragon lv20 or higher!How??
Well...to my calculations ull need to have 65Wc(easy)and 50fishing(100x easy) Take about 2weeks to just choping yews down till you get around 250k yews(start)thn go fish for about......well 1week and get 400k lobbies(oh u need 57cooking)cook about 1k of them(or lower)thn sell 3k lobbies at grand exchange for about 70k-100k buy full bronze(need to be member)thn go to the wizards area(around fally)and trin def till 20. Now buy full iron(so on and so on)now! go to the barbarians train till 40def(buy full addy)after this train at the sewer till 45 def(buy full rune)and keep training at the sewers(make sure to have(25str/and 20atk)
