If you are just looking for a single proxy to use regularly then try looking for a program called GPass.

Is that program free or does it cost money because most programs I use have a 3 day trial which is annoying.

Even with a good web filter in place I find Procsie.com still gets around it.

For a good anonymity online, the best soft is tor:
Tor: anonymity online

I'd recommend using Tor also.
download the Tor Browser Bundle for Windows here
It includes the program and a addon for firefox so whenever you want to go under proxy, you just press a button and you will be going through proxy. Also the load time for sites isn't super slow when you use Tor.
