Anyone know if theres a way to tell what programs are using internet?

Im running vista.. and the modem light(wireless).. starts blinking rapidly when i turn on my computer. I dont have any downloads/torrents running... so does anyone know what or how i could access something that will show what i need to do...?

#Run Task Manager.
#Click the Performance Tab.
#Click on Resource monitor.
#A window will come up.In that window you will see a Network Tab.Just click on it and it shows all the programs using internet.

Note:In the start menu,you can also type perfmon.exe to access the window.

Also if you have Kaspersky Internet Security,under the System Security section,you will see a Network Monitor option.

What he said, or you can go to the windows security section and see what programs have recently had outgoing pings.
