CALLING ALL GEEKS

So, I play RO. And, everytime I start it up the game screen closes on me. So, my cousin's told me to download DirectX, which I already did and it still closes on me. So, I downloaded the Radeon 7000 software since they told me it had to do something with my graphics, so I did. And, RO works. But, everytime I play or go on. The computer screen turns black put the tower is still on. ITS NOT THE SCREENSAVER. So, I need helping fixing this probelm. Any help?

Does this only happen when you play the game?
i reckon it's driver problems.
when you say "Radeon 7000 software" you mean the drivers?
If you haven't yet, download the latest drivers from ati's website

I had the same problem, my monitor would turn off and not turn on till I restarted.

Updating drivers fixed it, perhaps you should try again?
