Fucking piercing noise coming form my monitor

So I have this monitor. I don't know who made it, but the insignia is a W with a line under it. And the thing is, whenever i"m somewhere where there's a lot of black (like GG), or blue, my monitor emits this high pitched piercing noise. It hurts my ears. A lot, I'm beginning to fear for my ability to hear. Is it broken, or is there some way I can overcome this?

I haven't heard of this before, I'm googling it now but I can't find anything at the moment.

Maybe it's just broken.

Is it a CRT monitor?

Why do CRT monitors sometimes emit a high-pitched sound while the monitor is on?

I already need like, 1200 to finish this computer, I really don't wanna spend more on a fucking monitor -.-

EDIT- and no, I don't think it's CRT, nor does that link describe the problem.

o_o I think you should save up for a new monitor, Few.
I need one too. >_> After a few monitor-explosions, it now goes crazy whenever a TV goes on. o_o

But yeah, my advice, get a new monitor.
