Gah. Help.

My computer has become unbearably slow and messed up. When I open task manager, CPU usage is ALWAYS at 100% percent, even when nothing's open. Without linking me to a bunch of bullshit sights claiming to speed up computer performance, does anyone have any tips?

Try to delete things that are in your task manager.

But be careful what you delete, onetime I deleted the taskbar out e_e'
