GPoints: 77 Rep Power: 0 | Modem Questions. Well, I want WiFi for my DS, but then I don't have a wireless router.
So, I'm planning to buy a new one, and I asked my cousin on it and he said that DSL and a wireless modem make your connection slow....true?
Help? | |

GPoints: 528 Rep Power: 9 | Just be sure if you get like a 2.4ghz router, your microwave or something isnt also 2.4ghz lol. Depends if the speed of your internet exceeds the maximum speed of the router. Wireless itself won't slow it down. | |

I think a wired connection>wireless, but there's no choice for the DS really.
It won't matter if your router also allows wired.
