My laptop....

Alright so I have a pretty nice laptop, its got 2 hard drives, a REEEALLY good graphics card and a bunch of other shit. My dad customized it or whatever so I could use it for gaming. But I just go on the internet, and do crap like that, because I got a PS3 so I use that. xD

ANYWAYY.
So I was playing a game on neopets (and that doesn't really effect my computer). And I closed it out and tried to reopen my browser, and it would not load. Nothing would load, the only thing that would come up is Task Manager.

The program would show up in task manager as "IEXPLORER" or "Safari" but it wouldn't come up on the screen, it said it was running, and respoding.

What would be the cause of this? I am on another user on the computer because mine refuses to load.

And MSN/AIM etc won't open either, and it also has problems opening up notepad o_o;

Pleasee help? xD Anything?
&& I haven't downloaded anything weird lately, x_o And I only go on Neopets, GG, and Subeta... and I delete my cookies/files often.

My msn sometimes refuses to open or sign me on.
Normally, i just have to reboot the computer and it starts working, if that doesn't work then i reinstall everything. have you tried rebooting?

try to defragment(im not sure what its called) your hard drives since you delete things alot.

Runtime errors are usually a fault in the program itself or your missing a file. What runtime error is it?

You could always try and salvage what you can and reformat. That's a last resort option, though.

hmmm...loading that game coulda set something off, who knows.. or maybe some hardware got burnt out and is malfunctioning

If that doesnt Work Scan For Viruses...
If that Doesnt Work Scan for Registry errors/Changes/Runtime
Last resort is to Reformat your computer
