Need computer help.

Thought this is where I should post this so here we go.

Do you know the little box that pops up if you hold your cursor over a picture?

Well when I do the box pops up but it's blank.

Now it doesn't do this on my mom's account on the computer, only mine.

Any suggestions to what it might be?

Also the little box that pops up in the corner telling info about IE is also blank.

Well I know how to fix the IE one. Right click the icon, and go to Properties, and click on the Shortcut tab. At the bottom, there should be a space for "Comment". You have to type in what you want the bubble to say in there. If that doesnt work, then go to the General Tab, and Type in what you want in the bubble in the very top space next to the IE icon.

That should work for everything on ur computer, but I'm not too sure about pictures on the internet.

If you don't see a pop-up at all when you mouse over a folder, you need to enable a couple of settings. Go to Tools/Control Panel | Folder Options and then select the View tab. Then, in the Advanced Settings list, select the check boxes for Display File Size Information In Folder Tips and Show Pop-Up Description For Folder And Desktop Items. Click OK.

Those were already checked when I looked.
It must be a program interfering or something.

FF3 is the best browers.

Google Chrome :::: ( Don't use it now... Bad performance.... Flash .dll crashing...., others.... But... It has a better speed at downloading compares to FireFox 3 and IE..... (Opera not included)
