I just had someone file a claim on me on Paypal after I sent him his order.
Now Paypal keeps bugging me to respond to the claim but I don't know how. T_T

Only by email.
I tried responding to the email but it seems that they don't receive it because they sent me an email again asking me to respond.
I was able to respond to a claim before, I just forgot how to since it was a pretty long time before I encountered another fraudulent buyer. :K
These are the only options there.

I have not posted the item and I would like to refund the payment.

None of these apply to me.
I also want to explain my side and not just choose from those options above because obviously, those options are buyer biased.
They have been sending e-mails to my account for about half a year now lol.
Since people did charge backs and i was 60 in the hole.
I never replied to them.
Never solved the problem.
Still 60 in the hole xD
