How do you know if your banned from subeta?

Are you able to login?

Is there an error message or any message that says this user is banned or frozen?

I am new to subeta, I HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEATS, no duplicating of items nothing but when ever I try to log in I get this message:

logins are limited to 1 every 3 seconds. please try again later.


Dose this mean I have been frozen or banned? I DO NOT have multiple accounts.

My brother also can not log in under his account, different computer. It seems that this problem is only effecting us, I see other players on right now posting and having fun like nothing is wrong. SO I know the site is not down. I can't log in to create a ticket or anything. Its been like this all day for us. Nothing has been sent to either of our emails saying we were banned or frozen, no warnings given either.

Anyone else having this problem?

Has anyone been frozen or banned before? what indication do you get that lets you know you have been banned or frozen?

I WAS ABLE TO LOG IN!

It seems a lot of other people where having this problem today. I hope its not going to continue tomorrow... I'll keep this thread updated to help others one day.

I still don't know if you get some sort of indication that you are frozen if you get frozen.... well best of luck all.

You will be able to see the home page after logging in, but try and leave that page and you'll get a "this user has been banned for"(insert reason) and it will have a link to the ticket page.

There will also be a line through your username at the top.
