Is Subeta really down?

I noticed today my Shoutbox was in time out, whatever that means.. it told me to read the rules, so it seems like maybe I broke a rule. But I haven't said anything on the shoutbox that would get me in trouble.. so I dunno. But now it says Subeta is down, and I don't know if that means I'm frozen or not. >_> I'm very paranoid. xD Is it down for anyone else?

It goes down for everybody because people kept breaking sb rules, don't worry it gives you a warning for doing something bad ;)

My SB has been down for most of the day, and about an hour ago(?) the whole site went down.
