I don't have any idea either, but it does not say that Fantine does not already have flour to bake with. With that in mind, and the list of ingredients, most notably the Vinegar... I got to thinking what can you do with vinegar and it occurred to me that you pickle things with vinegar. Searching the word pickle led me to the Pickled Pie.

Don't know if that's right or wrong, just throwing it out there for your opinions.
