Menewsha at a con?

So apparently Menewsha went to a convention recently. I've been out of the community for months so I missed this affair.

I saw some pictures in a thread from it and it looked like a sad display. Though really marketing a website like that is a weird idea. Anyone go to that particular con and see it?

No, I didn't go.

But they're aiming for an anime audience, much like how gaia started as. They're using their comic as a lure.

(They also have multiple ads on some low-key anime websites)

Ah well I guess the story is somewhat interesting. I never had bothered to read much save one issue. I saw some card things on the table where some chick in a kimono thing is and wondered if Menewsha was making merchandise.
