I have to do 20 poems to cover for ALL of the daily journals I missed in class... These aren't the best poems... But they'll help me pass .__.;;
#1 Open doors to different worlds Are worlds that open doors These doors are like places you will never go Because it is only your imagination No matter where they go You can go Only in your dreams though Where they go The possibilities are endless And the only way they can be shown Is only through your writing
#2 I am the one That one that keeps you up You can’t sleep How is it me that keeps you up? Why is it that you think so much? When will it end? When I leave? When I die? Why does life speak so many lies? Why so many questions? Why are you reading? The answer is, You are my teacher Grading my papers.
#3 They won’t stop coming Like a raging stampede They won’t halt No matter what’s in the way They just keep going Like hungry savages Wait. That’s exactly what they are Hungry savages Running for the lunch line to receive their meal.
Roses are red, violets are blue,
You're sweet as sugar,
I know it be true.
But the roses are dying,
They violets are dead,
They wilt and sag,
And so do you.
