Haven Award Judges

I'm accepting volunteers to judge the Haven award, should someone ever get nominated. I'm also tightening up the requirements on the award itself a little bit.

What I'm looking for in a judge:
A) An excellent writer.
B) Effective communicator; you must be able to clearly express what you're trying to say.
C) A decent literary critic.
D) An active and helpful member.

All you need to do is PM the following to me:
EITHER
1) A long piece of prose or script writing. By long, I mean at least four pages of prose or ten pages of script.
OR
2) At least three poems totalling at least three pages. (This can be two long poems and a short poem, one really long poem, three page-long poems, or whatever)

I wonder if anyone will ever get nominated xD, I think everyone forgot this even existed.

I would love to be able to have a custom userbar or usergroup for winners, to give people an incentive. When the festival is over, I'll talk to nom about it. I think a usergroup would be too much, but a user bar might work nicely.

A custom color username would be really cool, but an userbar is nice aswell

Does previous work, such as for school. count?

Any of your writing, so long as it meets those requirements. If I were to apply, I would almost definitely use something I wrote for school; right now, the best thing I've ever written (and want to someday publish or expand into a screenplay) I wrote for a class.

Around how many judges are you looking for?

5 at the most. 3 at the VERY least; I would prefer 5.

I'm not as picky on the judges as I am on the nominees for the award itself, though I'm going to be fairly picky. I might actually rope a few of my writer friends into joining GG to be judges and contribute to this section.

I don't think that there will be 5 volunteers for judging xD.
I only got one other than you

Oh and can the judges be nominated for the award?
Because some of the best writers might end up as the judges.

That's what I'm worried about, and that's why I want five; if one gets nominated, the other four can judge them. So yes, but not if I only get a couple volunteers.

As for people, I'm doing it. I'm thinking that there are three people who might go for it; you, Fire, and Few. Not entirely sure, though. And if I can rope a friend into joining for the writing section, that would be the fifth.
