The Writer's Haven
The writer's haven was created to be dedicated to everything literature.
Share with us your stories, poems, riddles, lyrics, book reviews, anything that involves words to portray an image, a message, ANYTHING!
Not only can you share your pieces but you may ask to be Critiqued on your piece as well. To do this, simply add
[CQ] In your thread title, before the title itself.
The Rules
Every other Rule applies especially here. Respect is HIGHLY expected, and spamming will never be tolerated.
In this section you
MUST keep on topic, you may stray slightly but if the discussion rears off to far, and the thread creator reports it, then infractions will be handed out to all who disobeyed the rules.
Due to the varying age groups and vary writing styles/themes, it has come to my attention that at times explicit material may be posted.
If you are posting mature content, it is asked that you put a
[M] tag in your title. Not doing so can get your thread reported, you infracted, and the tread deleted.
That being said to ensure you thread does not get trashed please post this message in your first post of the thread you created if it contains discussion not intended for a younger audience:

That being said, this does not mean you can post pornographic images. That is still against the rules, in some cases you can use images to better explain your story, poem, whatever, but we highly suggest everyone sticks to text.
On critiquing, try to keep your comments constructive; avoid being overly negative. You are expected to be mature when it comes to both giving and receiving advice.
Also, if your critique is a simple "Nice poem" or "good job" it will be trashed and you will be infracted. Take some time to actually read what is posted and think of a decent response.
DON'T PICK ON EACH OTHER! As far as I'm concerned, everyone has a clean slate in the Haven. I don't care if you hate another member for posting stupid things outside of this section. If they post writing in here, treat them as you would anyone else who posted something. If they ask for critiques, give them constructive and mature critiques. And that goes for people who reply. If you think someone was too harsh, fine. Feel free to tell them that IN A NICE WAY. However, DON'T start a huge flamewar over how big of a meanie someone else is. If you REALLY think that they stepped over the line with a post, bring it to Bunneh's attention and let him handle it. If you can't be mature in this section, you will find yourself getting a warning or 3x infraction very quickly.
Finally, plagiarism is not tolerated at all in this section. Failure to cite a quote by another author may earn a verbal warning and get your thread deleted. Outright claiming that another author's work is your own will get your thread deleted and may get you infracted or worse.
Furthermore the rules of the Writing Section may be changed at any time, so keep wary and keep watch.
