GPoints: 22,009 Rep Power: 24 | PotW 15 This week lets go with "sensory confusion" as a subject, because I've always liked it.
By sensory confusion I mean the sound of blue, the taste of a picture, etc.
Be creative and put it in a poem.

But in all seriousness, I think the fact that it will be hard makes it kind of exciting. Needs more thought though, before I can start. I haven't come up with the right idea yet..

GPoints: 1,007 Rep Power: 5 | This is pretty cool. I've always thought I had sensory confusion, but I'm not too sure. Whenever I hear a person's name, my mind sees a colour. It all depends on the person, how well I know them, but I've found that the people I'm incredibly close to are the hardest to pinpoint because they change so much, and the people I really like are usually green.
I don't know if that's actually sensoy confusion, because it only happens with people.
So I think I'll have a go with this POTW. I'll see what I can think up. | |

GPoints: 1,007 Rep Power: 5 | Your Colour
The wondrous colour of you,
Ever-changing, never the same.
Hues of greens and purples and blues,
Or red and orange, like a blistering flame.
Your smell, a scent of yellow,
Your laughter, the palest of pink.
The lightest touch of your ivory skin,
A burst of rainbow, gone in a blink.
I see the shade of your anger,
The tinge of your deepest fear
Compassion, like a priceless pearl
Evokes a sight, silver and sheer.
Your name, a burst of colour it brings,
The spectrum of your everything.
This was the best I could come up with...I'm not a good poet, and I know all the rhymes and words and devices used are very amateurish. Hopefully I'll get better?
EDIT: I hope the contents of poem were 'sensory confusion' enough.
