hey im new here and i love to help and get more fun from the games...
so here a guid of "improve FPS (frame per secend) :

ok lets start with some binds, write this on console "`" :

fps_max 100
fps_modem 0
cl_cmdrate 90
cl_cmdbackup 2
cl_updaterate 101
ex_interp 0.01
cl_fixtimerate 15
cl_smoothtime 0
cl_rate 5000
