Nope, you can't. :/

But you can get the stand-alone (easy to play with bots, but its hard to use it on LAN mode).

@ Mods: Not sure if this is illegal or not. But its not warez though.

Its a great game and all... but i suggest you not to pay for this game... maybe buy another kinda counter-strike... and it might also come with 1.6
