Make a GG Server?

I can host a 1.6 server if people promise to be active in it, I can easily keep it up 24/7 almost. It has low ping as well. What ya'll think? If I can get at least 5 people who will be actively playing in it, that'd be awesome.

It would be non VAC so you would be able to play if you cracked Steam.
