I decided to share it with all those little noobies out there (:
During a game, press alt+tab and press tab to go around to the CS icon and then let go of alt. This should bring up your mouse pointer. The tip of your mouse pointer is now the centre of your crosshair. Have fun (:

Eventually you get to the point you don't need a crosshair if you play enough.

defuser - made it bigger on models
bomb - made it bigger on models
scout - added crosshair
Player modesl - blue ct *glow* red terr GLOw
deagle - glow on ground with rapid fire tweak | |
