Well usually in a scrim we're all in mid outside double doors so if They went B we ruch them hard. 5 people in the clan plus 2 flashes each = easy pwnage. We're good at rushing too.

go attack the opposite team without fear
and use flashbang and smoke grenades too ^^

Also, learning all the spam spots in maps. Then have your CT team set up all at once, spam them motherfuckers, then rush in. Mostly works with DD2 since people always go in the same place. Only problem with that is that they think you hack when they're noobs.
