TUT: How add custom sprays

You choose a pic and use a tool like "Wally" and create a tempdecal.wad and replace the tempdecal.wad in your 'cstrike' folder or w/e and delete custom.hpk. Then make the tempdecal.wad 'Read-only' in the Properties. After that test the spray. I'm pretty sure thats how it works...
