GPoints: 861 Rep Power: 4 | I read this book last year for english. I thought I would hate it coz I wasn't into the whole political thing. But I have to say, it was a really good book. My friends hated it, but I really enjoyed it for some reason. It was a little slow at places, but the writing was really great.
Really want to watch the movie. Is it any good? Or is it crap, like most movie adaptations of books? | |

GPoints: 3,043 Rep Power: 2 | 1984 was really good, George Orwell is very good at putting alot of *almost* eccentric extremes in his books relating to alot of symbolism, overall I didn't really like the book as a reread as some of it I couldn't agree with. | |
