GPoints: 4,964 Rep Power: 2 | Well, I hate the admit it, but I LOVED the books.. at first. I went batshit for Edward. Then I watched the movie, and boy did it suck.. then I thought about the book some more and its really fucked.
The author only uses maybe 2 different adverbs and adjectives. The plot is based around a very abusive relationship (Edward leaves her and she tries to commit suicide). Oh, and the main character is a slutbag who is about to hook up with someone cause shes lonely.
I tried reading it a second time and I just had to stop because it is written so badly. But most teen books are now. I just really don't think it deserves all the publicity it gets.

the series is an amusing love story.
and i think it's nice that someone broke the vampire sterotype.
it was a good twist and makes vampires seem less undesirable. ;o
the movie was enormous fail, though. | |
