In the title, be sure to include what game you are reviewing, the system it's for, and what your overall score is. Examples would be

Does the game chance over multiple playthroughs? Are there multiple difficulties? Anything of that nature belongs here.
Online/Multiplayer (if any) (#/10):
List things here like Online deathmatches, online or local co-op, or any multiplayer aspects. Go in detail on how good they are and try to list all of the types.
Game-play (#/10):
List things here like what type of game is it. 2D scroller, first person shooter, turn based RPG, etc. Explain aspects of the gameplay, fighting styles, and stuff like that.
Overall Score (#/10):
Is this game worth buying? Are the flaws made up for by fun and addicting gameplay? Rate the overall game here, taking all of the above sections into account. Also, state wether this is the type of game you would rent or buy.
