Rockband or Guitar Hero?

For my 14 year old cousin and his 10 year old brother

Hes into that sorta thing and he is awesome at Guitar Hero 3. He has a Xbox 360 and a little brother who is 10. I wanna get something they both can play together.

So would guitar hero 5 with two guitars be better, or Rockband: The Beatles? Do you need 4 people to play rockband, because I know there are 4 instruments.

They're not even comparable, just get rockband. Still get good music AND you can play the guitar/drums/mic as apposed to ONLY being able to play the guitar.

You don't need someone to play all 4, you can play by yourself or with 2/3/4 people. Guitar hero was cool, but rock band just kinda blew it out of the water. But, maybe that's just me because I can drum better than I can do the guitar. haha.

Rock Band totally. I don't think I would necessarily get them the Beatles version (though they are awesome 100x) but try the regular Rock Band that way they can have different music to choose from.

Bro, go with rock band.
It has so many more features than Guitar hero. It'll be much better and you'll be loved for it ;D

You should probably do a little more research before throwing false facts out there. In Guitar Hero: World Tour - Guitar Hero 5, you can play 4 instruments: Guitar, Drums, Bass, Vocals.

Guitar Hero to me is the way to go, even though they're pretty much the same thing. Rock Band's hardest song is simple to anyone who's mildly decent at the game. Whereas Guitar Hero's songs are challenging towards the end of the game, and will keep you striving to do better.

Just remember, they both have the same instruments. I wouldn't recommend the Rock Band: Beatles version though, unless your cousins are huge Beatles fans, lol.
