Looks like Axed took care of this for you, but for anyone who's still wondering what to do when they get scammed, you need to take screenie proof of everything you can to prove the user scammed you, then you need to send these screenies to a moderator with as much detail about what happened as possible.
*Always* contact a mod when scammed, so we can possibly ban them ASAP and prevent them from scamming anyone else.
