GPoints: 596 Rep Power: 0 | So you exercise and go on diets? o: I stopped eating unhealthy for about a month and lost about 10 pounds, and thats without exercise because I am extremely lazy.
Also for about 11 months I ate vegetables.. and sometimes eggs. (Practically vegetarian, but I didn't eat that weird tofu shit xD) so its low in calories/fat. c:
Maybe you have a thyroid problem, thats possible, though it could go either way, (skinny or overweight).. Its rare, but possible.

But people go on diets all the time, even obese people. x_o If you eat smaller portions, your stomach starts to shrink. But alot of people say "food is my only friend" and I think its pathetic. Or when someone can't refuse a certain unhealthy food; such as a doughnut.
Diets are perfectly healthy if you go about them the right way. x___x;
I eat about 900-1000 calories a day, maybe less sometimes.

If the world was perfect we would survive off of pills which would provide us with sufficient macro and micro nutrients while minimizing "unhealthy" things, such as sugars and fats.

Usually people are getting an extra large fry/coke and then choking down a Big Mac for one meal. A smaller portion would be much healthier.
Well, people shouldn't be overeating anyway, I know your saying 'mini' But people that can't control their eating really can't eat 5 meals a day, Mini or not.
A diet is pretty much what you stick too- Because if you start to eat unhealthy again - you just gain weight back.
What happened to the good ol` Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner? People eat too much these days in my opinion, overeating of anything isn't good.

I really see overeating as being about two things, both of which could be remedied:
A: Liking the taste of something so eating loads of it.
Well, it is possible to get that same taste in a healthier way. Hypothetically. If you want to live on tofu. Which isn't for all of us. Me included.
B: Not knowing when to stop
Ever heard of stomach stapling? Teehee

Ever heard of stomach stapling? Teehee | You can eat other things in smaller portions. o_O I didn't say live off lettuce like a rabbit... just eat smaller things. Like if you go out - don't order the biggest fucking thing on the menu- get something smaller.
Alot of people don't know how to stop when they are overeating. >_< I can stop eating something if I start to feel full - and go back to it later.
Alot of people die from all of that weight-loss surgery, and they don't do it unless your obese really, they wouldn't do it for someone that is 'overweight' .. I mean 20 pounds overweight isn't very hard to work off.
