You feel like shit if you don't sleep and eat enough. Dopamine depletion is a real bitch.
Energy Drinks aren't really bad for you. It's just a lot of calories - all from carbohydrates, which isn't bad, it's just that a lot don't really think about calories from DRINKS. The vitamins they put in there are water-soluble, so toxicity isn't a realistic worry. It's just a waste, because they put massive amounts that your body simply cannot absorb at once (especially if you eat food around the same time) and it just comes out in your urine.
So that whole "oh mah gawd, energy drinks will keeel yewww" thing isn't really true. It's just a lot of extra calories. Unless you have a heart problem, caffiene won't hurt you. Not getting enough sleep, however, will tax your body.
