Yeah when you hit the button down for like 2 seconds it was super staticy.

EDIT:

Can there be a rule of you have to use Push To Talk? I don't want someone coming in here on sensitivity and hearing them breath, cough, sneeze and all that jazz.

It is like teamspeak except it's a lot more reliable. Most game communities use Vent. Some use TS, but Vent is more user friendly and I believe the sound quality is better.
