Paypal wont let me!

Join Date: May 2007 Posts: 598 Rep Power: 0 | it wants me to verify the Credit Card so they are charging me 2.50 and then i get a statement and it has a code on it and i paste the code in and it is done...but that takes till the end of the month | |
