| Ideal breakfast and what I actually eat are two different subjects, entirely.
IDEAL: Strawberry Cheesecake pancakes -or- Black Raspberry french toast (this cute diner in my town makes these, and they're HUGE!!) real Maine maple syrup, with 3 scrambled eggwhites, side of home fries (crispy), coffee (black), water, and cranberry juice -or- hot chocolate if it's cold out. And a fresh fruit cup. None of that canned garbage. ^_^
REAL: I fry 3 eggwhites whilest two slices of double fiber wheat bread are toasting, as I rush to break out the pre-packaged tabboule from the fridge and schmear it into some semblance of a sandwich. And water.
But, since I've resigned and been on the job hunt, I have had more time...I guess I should think about making my dreams a reality! Breakfast-wise. |
