What do You Eat in the Mornings?

Sadly, I don't eat breakfast because I never feel right if I eat right when I wake up. Brunch is more of my thing.
As for what I like to eat, bagles are my favorite, along with French toast.
Not frozen French toast either.

I normally don't but if anything:

special k bar, fruit, bagel w/ cream cheese, or english muffin w/ peanut butter

Nothing.. I usually never eat in the morning.
Exceptions: Yogurt. =D

hmm... Some oatmeal and a glass of milk, 2 hours before I go to the gym.

1 hour before I go to the gym, 2 pieces of whole-grain toast with jelly. And a glass of milk with some of my protein powder.

if im lucky a bacon and egg mcmuffin from mcdonalds, i dont eat much take away but there so damn delicious

Definitely Milo cereal. It's the only cereal I've managed to eat every day for like half a year and not get sick of.
Also, if you haven't tried cold roast potatos in the morning (generally from the night before) you haven't lived. They are really truly the greatest breakfast.

If I actually do eat breakfast, it's something really nomtastic. I love omelettes, but I'm too damn lazy to cook them. Maybe an egg and bacon sandwich, or ranch eggs, which I make by mixing fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, green chiles, ham, and cheese together. omg, drool...I need food now ;_;

It's usually cinnamon toaster twist things, cereal, waffles or oatmeal. xD
I wish I could do something more fancy but I'm lazy.
