ok i tried to make a good banner in MS paint and heres what i got


could someone make a banner just like it but better or tell me how to make it better with out having to buy anything

Look on google for "cracked" photoshop cs3 or something.

xD Thats all I know to make graphics. Open canvas for art, but yea.
