I like the top one, like the others say work on your text :P. I dont know much about graphics but I give it a 8/10, second one is average still looks good. probably a 7/10

Top isn't a sprite and bottom render looks distorted. Top ones good but the grey on the right is weird..

Bottom one looks like the burn tool was used on bg.
