My advice: Tone down the ripple so it's less noticable, put a few more effects to draw more attention to her face.

Might want to try a gradient effect with the ripple actually, make it brighter the closer it is to here.

What I really meant was to tone down ripples like to the far left because it draws attention from the focal.

The text is bad though.

Pfft I rate everything by how it should be. Well it's good to see a GFXer with potential.

You should make a tutorial on this, I'm kinda interested in how you made this and since you said you haven't been doing GFX long maybe it'll help any beginners who come here.

Haha, the tutorial would be extremely hard to follow xD And I hardly remember half the stuff I did myself XD -Is a bad teacher-

As am I but if your ever interested in GFX team you'd have to make a tutorial or two. I've made like 8 or 9 myself. I also find writing tutorials to be an easy way to solidify skills I've learned.
