Off site cookie grabber (?)

Anyone have a php code of an off site cookie grabber? I put it on my site and he just have to visit it.
I tryed kane's guide but he says the code doesn't grab the cookie.

If you read the guide you would noticed the other sites cannont access another sites coookies.
The way the neopets one worked was an exploit was found and they used iframe.
So unless you are going to go find an exploit, it won't work.

and if you read it, it says javacript grabs the cookies from the site, and sends them to the php file.

you do not need to use an iframe simple java script or an image will suit the method >.~ do a little more research >.<
