1.) What is an HTTP Wrapper?
2.) How do I get it/use it?

Firstly. Calm THE FUCK DOWN. Talking like that won't get you anything.
I suggest you learn the basics of VB, and make a few projects before you get into internet programming. It will help you in the long run.

to answer your rudely address question.

HTTPwrapper is what is the name says it is. Its a HTTP wrapper. Its a winsock control, just makes winsock alot easier to use. So basically a simple version of winsock.
A simple search on any cheating forum, with a programming section will return a result of HTTPwrapper download.

Ok, first off, sorry about that.
I was just reallly frustrated.

Secondly, I did do a few programs.
And, I learned a little about Winsock by making a Client server chat program.

As for the HTTP Wrapper download part...I've searched everywhere and can't find one.

here. You need to add all the files in that folder to the project. Then add the wrapper to the form.

Then call it like

Dim strHTML as String
strHTML = WRAPPERNAME.Getwrapper("URL", "REFERRER")
to visit a website and

strHTML = WRAPPERNAME>PostWrapper("URL", "POSTDATA", "REFERRER")
for post data.
