[VB6] Login prior to actual program

So, I've made a login for BxHBoard, and I know it works.

Now, how would I add this to a program so that, if someone logs in correctly, it goes to the actual program. But, if someone who is not from BxHBoard logs in, they simply do not proceed.(?)

EDIT: This is meant to be a growing project. Something similar to GutterGuard for GG. Later, I'll add the feature of cutting out anyone below UG status. But for now, I'm just using the boards login information. Also, +Rep for anyone who can give me GutterGuard.
