Ever want to change how Windows XP looks and feels? This is the guide for you: First you will want to download DesktopX here: Stardock.com - Your Edge In Software Then after you have it installed, head to WinCustomize: Your home for Vista and XP themes, skins, wallpapers, dreamscenes, icons and everything you need to customize your pc.. Now click on the "DesktopX Themes" off to the side. Browse through them (There are a ton), and find one you like. Next download it, and then open up DesktopX. Click "Load Desktop", find the desktop you downloaded and click on it. Now you should have your custom theme! Try out many of the themes, as some are alot better than others. Some change your startup menus and taskbars, and some just add new features to the desktop. Note: If you want to get a normal theme back, click on load desktop, then ClassicDesktop. +rep is always nice if this helped.
