how to make your firefox use less ram

Just use IE, if your computer can't take it.

Its a lot of reading.. make a brief summary at the bottom. Just what you change and what you add and the values?

umm this is kind of a step by step tutorial, i dont think there can be a summary because all sections are about something else :/

I mean.. in the end just write what you add and the values.
example:

content.interrupt.parsing - boolean - true
content.max.tokenizing.time - integer - 2250000
etc.

Its good the guide is large and in depth, but a small summary like that could be helpful i think.
