So I know all of you never wanna feel tired. I mean don't get me wrong we all feel tired and your gonna feel tired eventually but there are some ways around it.
The best way to really do this is
ENERGIZE YOUR DIET!!
To do this you need to:
1. Eat breakfast, even if its toast it helps. Or even if you don't feel hungry just eat. You need food to fuel your body!
2. Try to eat like every 2 hours or so. Not a full course meal just basically a snack.
3.Stay hydrated, that means water. No not gaterade no not juices...
4. If you really wanna get crazy with it eat fiber. What I mean by this is like by fiber cereal and food with a lot of fiber in it.
Another way is to seriously stop being negative and
ENERGIZE YOUR SPIRIT!!
Just splash some water on your face or take a quick shower when you feel burnt...

Or even better turn on some nice tunes.. Who doesn't love music right?!!?!?
But the
ultimate energizer boost is doing some good. What I mean by this is do some volunteer work for something. Help your parents out do something!! It can help you boost it in six ways It enhances happiness, life satisfaction, self-esteem, sense of control over life, physical health, and mood!
The last and best way that I have read to help boost energy to complete the ultimate goal of never feeling tired is
Get some rest!!
When I say rest I mean it in a very lightly way, because rest can mean many things.
1.
Cut back on tv and computer, trust me it will work!

2. Hide the alarm clock, we all know when you wake up the first thing you do is look at the time either because your worried you might be late or simply its just a habit. Either way it rots away from your precious sleeping time.
3. That brings me to saying
WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR WORRIES!!
Why? Because other wise your brains gonna be all cluttered and you will never sleep well!! Just think about it! Its common sense.
4. You ever herd about
the 15 minute rule?
Well the 15 minute rule is when you can't fall asleep, or if you wake up and can't get back to sleep within about 15 minutes, get out of bed and do something relaxing that will help clear your head. Then Try going back to sleep. This methods proven to help!
Many of the things I have written about are also many helpful ways for you to stop being tired.
