1. Search the email on a search engine such as Google!
You can never be too careful when trading with people on hacking sites, so search the email on a site such as Google, Yahoo, or Ask.
Google and Yahoo generally give out the most results so those two are your best bet.
Don't just type the whole email in, type the prefix of the email too.
If you were looking up someone named
adam1337@yahoo.com, type in adam1337 if you didn't get any results from typing in
adam1337@yahoo.com.
2. Search the forums!
Use the search function to your advantage.
It's there so you might as well take a minute or two to possibly save yourself from being scammed.
Just because there is a post about someone being a scammer does not mean that they are a scammer for sure, but it is always good to check.
3. PM a staff member
This includes Moderators (orange), overseers of The Pit and Writers Haven (a sort of turquoise-ish color), Super Moderators (purple), and Admins (pink).

You can ask them to check the IP of the person you are trading with to see if they could be a potential scammer or a previously banned member.
4. Check other hacking sites
If you are a member on a site other than GG check there too!
You never know, they could have been a known scammer on that site.
5. Use a middleman
If none of these work for you use a middleman. Middlemen can reduce the risk of you getting scammed
if you know who to use.
People who I would recommend are staff members or VIP members, which have a yellow name.
