illegal!! Why do I want to make one?
Do you like fire at all? Do you enjoy doing simple mischief? This might be a project you want to try once or twice.

- Scissors or a very sharp knife, wire cutters work well too
- Duct-tape
Step 1:
Cut a tiny hole in the top of the tennis ball, just large enough to drop the match heads into the ball.
Step 2:
Take your cutting device and begin clipping off the match heads. Make sure to remove all of the wooden stick.
Step 3:
Begin to put the match heads into the tennis ball, shaking the ball lightly to settle them. You will know when it is full because the ball will stop rattling. DO NOT shake the ball violently.... This is common sense.
Step 4:
When the tennis ball is full, place a piece of duct-tape over the opening, just a small piece.
Step 5:
Throw that damn thing, far away from yourself, friends, houses or pets. If it does not ignite immediately, do not approach it, it could still be dangerous. A smoldering tiny flame can set it off, You can put a wick in the top of it as well.
Disclaimer: This is very dangerous and should be done under supervision. I know that no one will want to take that to heart so please. At least have a bucket of water handy and a friend in-case things go bad. It is your responsibility if you accidentally torch a house or light a friend on fire. Anything illegal you do with it is your own problem.
