Since you need them in the correct PSP MP4 format, you have to convert the videos before putting them into the video folder in the PSP. Note: Ipod videos MAY NOT ALWAYS work (despite being the same format) on the PSP because they have different specifics.
You could try www.vixy.net if you're trying to convert youtube videos.
OR
Use programs like " Xvid4PSP", " PSP Video 9" or " PSP Movie Creator" to convert other videos.
Personally, I prefer the latter as the audio/video sync is better and it gives me less problems although, you have to pay for the full benefits. The other two are free.
